Professional co-living is a fast growing housing sector and at both APS and our sister company – Applecore PDM – we pride ourselves on leading the race to produce a truly high-end Co-Living experience.
Our team are on hand from viewings and key hand-over to being your point of call throughout your stay with a fast, responsive team with issues serious or minor. We try to encourage each property to either use our app or start a simple whatsapp group to create a happy environment between all housemates. APS will help as much as possible to get you settled into the property and the area through information at the property and also on the app.
We always offer safe collection of deposits and rents, fully regulated and assured with (unless stated otherwise) all bills fully included in your monthly rent making budget planning as easy as possible.
